Silvia Rotunno

M. Sc. in Molecular and Cellular Biology at University of Bari, I, then, obtained a Master in Bioinformatics techniques and molecular epidemiology applied to infectious diseases.

I worked at Council for Agricultural Research and Economics – Research Unit for Grape and Wine Growing in the Mediterranean Environment (CREA-UTV) where I performed transcriptomics analisys on grape varieties under water stress and on human samples, and the management of the Blade Center.

During my activity on the IPSP, I will analize the response of Arundo donax L. to abiotic stresses by RNA-seq.
