Curriculum Vitae

I have a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and a master’s degree in Molecular and Health Biology at the University of Genoa. I did my bachelor and master’s internships at the Laboratory of Cellular and Molecular Physiology of DISTAV. I hold a PhD degree in Soil and Food Sciences (DISSPA, University of Bari Aldo Moro) at the Laboratory of Agricultural Microbiology.
From 2024 I am molecular scientific consultant for CIHEAM Bari.
In the frame of Research Grant, within the PRIN 2022 PNRR project “Assessment of biodiversity and functional roles of infectious circular viroid-like RNAs in fungi from different ecological niches (CIRCUFUN)(P2022XX55J; CUP: B53D230750001)”- financed by the European Union – Next Generation EU, under the scientific responsibility of Dr Beatriz Navarro Ramirez, I will investigate the molecular and biological characterization of infectious viroidal RNA in fungi.
