My research activity has focused on the plant-pathogen interaction in the Cannabis sativa system, with the aim of deepening knowledge on viral infections.
This study has been based on the use of classic molecular techniques such as RT-PCR, qPCR, and dPCR, along with small RNA sequencing (NGS). In particular, I have developed and utilized viral vectors as a central part of my approach to understand the host-virus interaction in this plant system.
