Curriculum Vitae
Studied Biological Sciences as bachelor at Università degli Studi di Firenze. Afterwards, master graduated at the same university in Environmental and Behavioural Biology, concluding with traineeship and thesis abroad. In particular, thesis and traineeship project was conducted at Aarhus University (Denmark) about potential antimicrobic activity of plants usually used in constructed wetlands.
Now researcher at IPSP-CNR in Sesto Fiorentino for the “Plants talk, but do they listen? Unveiling plant responses to incoming (foreign) volatile organic compounds (Fore-VOC)” project, with tutor Susanna Pollastri and principal investigator Francesco Loreto.
