Curriculum Vitae

Graduated in crop science (Plant Production and Improvement) and consequently following my Master degree in Integrated Pest Management of Mediterranean Fruit Trees. In 2018, I obtained a PhD in plant and animal science. My research activity was aimed mainly in the study of mycotoxin contamination; Ochratoxin A (OTA), Aflatoxin, Fumonisin and their producing fungi in different food commodities (raisins, figs, maize…). With the focus on the development of strategies to detect and to control their risk from the field to the final products.
My research activity at IPSP involved testing peptaibol analogs of trichogin GA IV produced by Trichoderma longibrachiatum against Pseudomonas syringae pathovar tomato DC3000 (PST) and Pseudomonas syringae pathovar actinidiae (PSA) in vitro and in vivo on tomato plants.
