Graduated in “EcoBiology” at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 2015. He completed a PhD in “Science, Technology, and Biotechnology for Sustainability” with a specialization in “Forest Ecology and Environmental Technologies” at the University of Tuscia in Viterbo in 2019. During this time, he conducted research abroad as visiting researcher at the Lancaster Environmental Centre (LEC), University of Lancaster (UK). He worked as a Technician at the Forestry and Wood Research Centre (FL) of the Council for Agricultural Research and Economics (CREA) and as research fellow at the Institute for BioEconomy (IBE) of CNR. Since 2023, he works as Technologist at the Institute for Sustainable Plant Protection (IPSP), URT of Metaponto (MT). He focuses on studying agricultural and forest ecosystem responses to abiotic stresses. He specialized in modeling ecosystem services provided by urban and peri-urban forests and in monitoring greenhouse gas fluxes exchanged between forest ecosystems and the atmosphere using the Eddy Covariance technique.
