Campus QUARC

The project aims at improving the productive processes and market competitiveness of agri-food products from Campania, focusing on wine, dairy, pasta, oil and chestnut. This will be accomplished by performing an integrated traceability of productions and by promoting the sustainable protection in the field. IPSP will develop protocols for the sustainable control of pests and pathogens in olive and chestnut agro-ecosystems. A specific brand (Quarc) will be deposited and used for all productions following the protocol developed in this project
