Curriculum Vitae
I have a permanent position at the Institute for Sustainable Plant Protection, C.N.R. as Senior Assistant Technician. The main field of my research work is the study of plant/fungus/microbe interaction in mycorrhizal associations.
My technical skills are:
- Electron and Optical microscopy with a special attention on immunocytochemistry techniques (such as immunogold and affinity techniques) and cryo-techniques of preservation (such as cryo-fixation and freeze substitution)
- in vitro plant tissue culture whit a special attention on transgenic plants setting up
